Als Lean Agent bij WolframChain ben je de drijvende kracht achter het streven naar voortdurende verbetering van onze logistieke dienstverlening voor onze klanten. Je ondersteunt onze medewerkers en leidinggevenden op locatie om onze LEAN-doelstellingen te behalen.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Implementeren en verder ontwikkelen van procedures en standaarden
  • Verzamelen van data en het maken van grafieken en overzichten
  • Begeleiden bij het uitvoeren van kaizens en het beheren van de administratie
  • Begeleiden en ondersteunen bij de jaarlijkse site classification en ISO-audits
  • Beheren en coördineren van het 5S auditproces
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het documentenbeheer
Functie-eisen
  • MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring met 5S en Kaizen
  • Bekend met Microsoft Office, vooral met Excel
  • Ervaring met verschillende verbeterprojecten
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Bruto salaris tussen € 3.000,00 en € 3.600,00
  • Jaarcontract direct in dienst bij WolframChain
  • Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie
  • 25 vakantiedagen, 40 ADV uren en mogelijkheid tot het (ver)kopen van extra verlof
