Regulatory Affairs Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Dechra.

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for administering the Global Regulatory email inbox, updating and maintaining the Regulatory Information Management System, and ensuring received invoices for Regulatory Affairs are coded, approved, and sent back to finance for payment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Regulatory Affairs colleagues with overview lists and other analysis.
• Administer the Global Regulatory email inbox and archive.
• Update and maintain the Regulatory Information Management System.
• Ensure received invoices for Regulatory Affairs are coded, approved, and sent back to finance for payment.
• Compile sales figures and reporting to Agencies as needed.

Requirements:

• High level of attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures and processes.
• Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
