About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Think Future Technologies. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud infrastructure to support our growing platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of all cloud development initiatives, focusing on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Kubernetes and Terraform.
  • Collaborate with leadership and contribute to strategic planning sessions to align the platform's technical direction with business goals.
  • Drive innovation within the DevOps team, proactively introducing new technologies and automating processes.
  • Optimize scalability and performance for a platform that supports over 750,000 users, ensuring stability and security across the board.
  • Mentor and inspire peers within a small but elite team, working closely with your Lead DevOps Engineer and CTO.
About You
  • Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and GitLab.
  • Proven ability to build cloud-native systems from scratch, with a focus on automation and minimizing manual processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Experience aligning technical solutions with business objectives in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, security, and scalability.
