Job Title: Competence-Test Lab Manager

ASML is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Competence-Test Lab Manager to join our team in the D&E MM EUV Wafer Flow department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Actuator Lab, ensuring that facilities, equipment, and set-ups are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of department labs, equipment, and technical tasks.
  • Ensure employees follow industry standards and safety regulations in using available tools and equipment.
  • Schedule lab or equipment use time for staff and be responsible for purchasing lab supplies or preparing ordering lists.
  • Contribute to efficient and effective integration of test activities on Fumo/Proto projects.
  • Typical tasks highlighted:
    • Ensuring safe working environment, Implement 5S+1 and prepare for Audits and follow-up activities
    • Participate in and or setting up Safety Risk Assessments
    • Planning and coordination of Test tooling and Equipment registration, maintenance and calibration
    • Contribute to and support Lab facility management.
    • Collaborate with Competence and Test engineers and other proto engineers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor level – Technical.
  • Preferably in the direction of Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Proven background of at least 3 years in working with high-tech equipment, in a hardware/software environment.
Skills:
  • Pro-active, hands-on "make-it-happen" attitude
  • Self-starter and result driven
  • Able to coordinate, align and communicate with many different stakeholders
  • Able to operate in a dynamic environment and accept change
  • Quality-minded, safety-aware and accurate in way of working
  • Practical experience with hardware tools
  • Ability to plan daily, weekly and have a mid-term overview on upcoming activities
  • Stakeholders management skills in order to properly communicate the status of activities

Excellent English communication and writing skills are required for this role.
