We are seeking a skilled Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation, commissioning, and servicing of Tetra Pak Cheese equipment and systems at customer sites worldwide. This role requires strong installation skills, management expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Plan and execute installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage installation teams, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving skills to resolve issues with existing machines and lines.
• Ensure installations meet Tetra Pak's quality standards and comply with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality installations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar technical role.
• Strong technical knowledge in the required areas of competence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel extensively (up to 80%).
