Senior Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at SMART Photonics. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for fostering strategic relationships with our customers and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Foster Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to achieve long-term business growth.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within our organization, challenging internal stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
- Key Account Management: Implement and improve a structured Key Account Management approach aligned with our mission to become a trusted Tier 1 foundry in InP.
- Team Leadership: Guide team members in their growth and development, setting an example for excellence.
- Product Development: Collaborate with our Product Management team to provide customer insights and inform our Technology Roadmap.
- Customer Representation: Represent SMART Photonics at customer visits, events, and exhibitions, showcasing our expertise and building trust.
- Product Launch: Lead the successful launch of new products, working closely with other departments to create a solid go-to-market strategy.
- Business Analysis: Conduct solid administration, data collection, and analysis to secure measurable and factual statistics and KPIs.
- Education: Master's degree, preferably in a technical field.
- Experience: Proven track record in account management, with experience managing photonics or complex semiconductor device customers.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage unforeseen situations. Resilience and understanding of the challenges of a scale-up in a new technology.
- Travel: Open to travel up to 25% of the time, on a global scale.
- Communication: Flawless verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels and functions within the customer organization.
- Language: Outstanding knowledge of the English language.
