Role Overview

Attesa Coffee, a dynamic specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, seeks a skilled Sales Executive to join its team.

Key Responsibilities


  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients – specialty roasters in Europe
  • Assist in the sales of specialty green coffee to roasters/customers within the European market, ensuring positive relationships with clients
  • Conduct market analysis, identify client requirements, and establish areas for growth
  • Engage in active sales via emails and phone conversations
  • Manage and update the CRM database
  • Travel and represent Attesa Coffee at clients and global coffee fairs/events


Requirements


  • 1-2 years' experience in Specialty Coffee sales in Europe
  • Ability/preference to work in a dynamic/entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to learn and implement new business development techniques
  • Team player/problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions for customers
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English is required
  • 1 additional language out of French/Dutch/German is required
  • Must be based in the EU and authorized to work in the EU
  • Open to travel
