The HCMS Team IT Officer/IT Technician Role

The appointee will be responsible for the development and maintenance of ERP-related applications and projects, focusing on digital transformation. They will collect and analyze user requirements, design and develop enterprise-based IT systems, provide quality IT services, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, along with excellent written and spoken communication skills. A good command of English is essential, and relevant experience in specific areas, such as Microsoft Power Platform, Oracle PeopleSoft, and web programming, is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies
  • Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS and PeopleTools development
  • Web & app programming, web technologies, and UNIX Shell scripts
  • Database programming, system integration, and software development lifecycle methodologies

What We Offer

The appointment will be made on a fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, commencing as soon as possible, with the possibility of renewal based on performance. A highly competitive salary will be offered, along with contract-end gratuity and a University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
