Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales, bookings, and gross profit goals for the entire Measurement Solutions portfolio within your assigned accounts.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer's operations, requirements, and industry language, promoting appropriate products and solutions to meet their needs.
- Continuously expand your network within the accounts, identifying relevant stakeholders to effectively communicate the value propositions of our product lines.
- Analyze the competitive landscape within each account and devise strategies to outperform competitors while safeguarding Emerson's market position.
- Engage in negotiations with clients regarding business contracts.
You are proactive in providing valuable information across the organization. You prioritize effectively and set ambitious goals. You excel at networking and establishing relationships across various teams. You are open to exploring new initiatives and approaches.
Qualifications Required:
- A degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical education.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in selling technology solutions to customers in similar sectors.
- Strong persuasive abilities and the capacity to connect with all levels within the customer's organization.
- Proficient negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Dutch.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Netherlands.
- A valid driving license.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building and networking.
