Job Summary
Trinamics Beheer B.V. is seeking a highly skilled Function Owner to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engine diagnostic and torque & speed functions for heavy-duty diesel and hydrogen engines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engine diagnostic and torque & speed functions for heavy-duty diesel and hydrogen engines.
  • Handle generic service diagnostics, OBD requirements, torque & speed requirements, data streaming, and system reactions for engines and aftertreatment.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to define customer, service, and legal requirements.
  • Set up FMEA, risk mitigation plans, and follow up on necessary actions.
  • Manage software development, testing, calibration, and validation plans.
  • Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution, providing improvement proposals.
  • Create technology roadmaps for future projects and advanced technology.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in engine torque & speed and diagnostics, including OBD.
  • Proven leadership in a technical team environment.
  • Six Sigma experience is mandatory (FMEA, DMAIC, fishbone, boundary, and P-diagram).
  • Knowledge of DNG and Plato tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in English.
