About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Vice President of Womenswear Apparel. This role will oversee all aspects of the Womenswear Apparel Merchandising, driving growth and market share through salesmanship, trend and consumer insights, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic direction for Womenswear Apparel, aligning with the brand identity, seasonal trends, and commerciality.
  • Lead and manage all product lifecycle from concept and design to market, ensuring innovation and quality based on consumer insights and innovations.
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Partner with supply collaborators on purchasing strategies and influence efficient supply chain operations.
  • Build and lead a strong and impactful team that encourages a culture of creativity and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in the retail and wholesale industry, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership or general management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a full team driving product creation, merchandising, purchasing, planning, and product development.
  • Strong understanding of global fashion markets, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Outstanding leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaborative, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong financial competence and strategic-thought capabilities.
