Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive QA Specialist to join our team. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to, implementing, and executing the QA policy in accordance with established KPIs. Your key responsibilities will include guiding our existing and new customers, implementing customer requirements in our production processes and procedures, and developing a Q mindset on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the QA policy
• Guide existing and new customers in implementing their requirements in our production processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain end-product recipes and our quality system
• Ensure compliance with ISO, IFS, RFA, V-Label, and customer standards
• Collaborate with various departments, including production, logistics, and Quality Control
• Lead internal and external audits and promote QA awareness through advice and training

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level
• Background in Food Technology or related field
• Experience in a comparable quality function is a plus
• Knowledge of QA systems (ISO 9001, IFS, RFA, etc.)
• Knowledge of improvement and change management in an operational production environment
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations

• A competitive salary between €3267 and €4667 gross per month based on 40 hours
