Key Duties
- Develop and implement a brand marketing and commercial plan with clear execution guidelines
- Regularly report performance to our management team
- Create a 3-year marketing and commercial plan to drive sustainable growth
- Work closely with sales/distributor teams to establish a yearly budget plan
- Lead commercial innovation and activation projects, informed by deep bartending and cocktail market insights
- Contribute to a long-term financial roadmap with clear building blocks for future growth
Qualifications and Experience
- Academic background: Master's Degree
- Approximately 6 years of experience in relevant commercial/marketing management
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to build and present strategies, marketing plans, and financial impact scenarios
- Excellent professional communication skills in English, written and verbal
- Strong team player contributing to a positive and strong team culture
