We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Stolt-Nielsen Limited, a leading specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from intake and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and maintain clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

  • Recruitment:
    • Advise managers on effective recruitment strategies;
    • Manage intake interviews, draft job descriptions, actively source candidates, and collaborate with external recruitment agencies if needed;
    • Screen resumes and conduct interviews;
    • Proactively recruit candidates via relevant networks and (online) channels such as LinkedIn;
    • Build talent pools for our terminals and depots;
    • Represent Stolt-Nielsen offline at relevant networking and recruitment events;
  • Onboarding:
    • Facilitate the offer process and ensure accurate information for creating offers and contracts;
    • Prepare onboarding documents, such as employment contracts;
    • Lead onboarding processes, including initiating onboarding kits and registering new employees with pension funds and insurers;
  • Systems & Administration:
    • Oversee administration and systems related to recruitment and onboarding;
    • Act as one of the key users of the ATS and guide managers in its use;
    • Manage candidate logistics, including scheduling appointments and ensuring proper documentation;
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A completed HBO/Academic degree;
  • 1-5 years of work experience in recruitment (agency, staffing or corporate);
  • A holder of a driver's license;
  • Ambassador-like qualities: Organized, communicative, proactive, and enjoyment of networking and meeting new people.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a 13th month, flexible working arrangements (3 days in the office and 2 days from home), and the opportunity to work in our brand-new office in Rotterdam. Estimated annual salary is around €50,000 - €70,000 depending on experience.
