About the Role
BisonRS - RevOps Recruitment Specialists is a leading recruitment agency specialising in Revenue Operations roles. We are partnering with a fast-growing European software company to find an exceptional Head of Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and develop the Revenue Operations function, ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Oversight of forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting across the organisation.
- Management and development of the SalesOps, RevOps analysts, and Sales Enablement teams.
- Optimization and maintenance of the revenue tech stack, with a particular focus on CRM systems.
- Collaboration with executive leadership to establish and meet growth objectives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Ops related fields.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing RevOps functions in scaling environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to contribute to revenue growth through Ops strategies.
- Extensive experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and revenue technology stacks.
- Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- International mindset and experience working across multiple regions and cultures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
