About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned financial professional to leverage their expertise and lead our financial operations. As a Strategic Financial Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with relevant accounting standards such as IFRS and local GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and company policies.
  • Oversight of Financial Operations: Lead the month-end close process, financial statement preparation, and management reporting. Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Internal Controls & Audit: Develop and maintain a strong control environment in line with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring any findings are addressed.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts.
