At Sia Partners, we are seeking a skilled Energy Transformation Consultant to join our team in Amsterdam or Rotterdam. This exciting opportunity allows you to drive impactful change and foster growth for our esteemed clients in the energy & transport division.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with experience in strategic analysis, strategy development, and organizational transformation. As an Energy Transformation Consultant, you will be at the forefront of driving sustainable business performance improvements for our clients. Your role will be central to helping organizations achieve transformational success and position them as leaders in their respective industries.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree and at least 5-7 years of experience working within a consultancy firm. A strong network at relevant transport and/or energy companies is also essential. You should have good insight into market developments and their impact on value chains. Additionally, you will need capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements, excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills, and the ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Transformation Leadership: Collaborate closely with client organizations to understand their challenges, objectives, and aspirations. Lead the development and implementation of transformational strategies, ensuring alignment with their long-term vision.
  • Innovation and Strategy Development: Contribute to the creation of innovative strategies that enable clients to adapt to changing market dynamics, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and address potential risks.
  • Roadmap Definition: Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps that outline the necessary steps, timelines, and resources required to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Result-Oriented Execution: Take on both commercial and delivery responsibilities to drive the successful implementation of transformation initiatives and ensure they meet or exceed the targeted results.
  • Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, advancements, and disruptions in the energy & transport sectors. Use your insights to develop forward-thinking recommendations to clients and create training programs while sharing knowledge internally.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within the team, guiding and mentoring consultants to enhance their professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in a consultancy firm
  • Strong network at relevant transport and/or energy companies
  • Good insight into market developments and their impact on value chains
  • Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements
  • Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills
  • Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
