About the Role

As a Managing Consultant/Director Strategic Policy Research at Capgemini Invent, you will play a key role in providing strategic policy advice to international and Dutch clients in the public sector. Your expertise in policy research and analysis will help shape effective policies and improve the quality of government services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead policy research projects and develop innovative solutions to complex policy issues
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their policy needs and develop tailored advice
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and evaluate the impact of policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and industry experts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest policy trends and developments in the public sector

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in policy research and analysis, preferably in the public sector
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex policy issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest policy trends and developments in the public sector
