Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Regional Availability Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance and cost of one or multiple regions/customers, balancing operational responsibilities with continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency in the supply chain. Your goal will be to ensure timely availability of high-tech parts and tools to match the demand of our service business activities at customer sites, working closely with a functional team of experts in supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure supply chain performance for service business activities at optimal cost levels for a specific region of the world.
- Develop a regional Service business Supply Chain roadmap together with stakeholders.
- Manage and/or contribute to the Supply Chain project team to ensure timely availability of high-tech parts and tools, related to operational excellence and strong cost control.
- Translate the voice of the customer to supply chain performance and cost improvements.
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement to optimize logistical performance and costs.
- Support in setting up and embedding processes related to driving and improving the supply processes.
- Represent the Customer Supply Chain Management Department in Installed Base & Services workstreams as well as New Product Introduction workstreams.
- Be the linking pin on supply chain topics between departments across ASML.
- Be the 3rd line support for escalations, resolving complex issues in alignment with the Business Line, Customer Service, and other supply chain departments.
- Manage site readiness/ramp readiness for new EUV sites.
- Relevant master's degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a large international company (high-tech industry or consultancy), ideally Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Procurement background.
- Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain, and/or relevant industry.
- Tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, decision-making skills, change management skills, people management skills, and project management skills.
- Experience with project management, including change management.
- Experience with Demand Management is a plus.
- Analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload.
- Experience with Lean, Green/Black Belt (nice to have).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership skills, drive for results, act under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Result-oriented, convincing, pro-active, and 'can-do' mentality.
- Balance attention to details and big-picture thinking.
