MRO Technical Trainer Role Overview

As a key member of our team at Marshall, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training to our personnel. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain 'Type' currency on our C-130 fleets, including the C-130J and C-130H, ensuring that our training programs meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop C-130 approved and unapproved B1 Type Training programs.
  • Support the training manager in meeting UKCAA and NLD-MAA requirements for C-130 Type Approvals.
  • Ensure all personnel are up-to-date with the necessary training to conduct Part 145 Maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular assessments to guarantee that all students working under your supervision carry out their tasks safely and correctly.

Requirements

  • Experience working in both Line and Base maintenance environments.
  • Previous experience holding company approvals on commercial aircraft or military equivalent.
  • A Full UK Driving License.
