We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Damen Services team in Gorinchem. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the progress, execution, and financial results of ILS projects.

About the Role

The ILS Project Manager will coordinate, guide, direct, supervise, and monitor ILS projects in all aspects from start to finish for our customers. This includes checking the progress of subprojects related to the entire ILS project, representing Damen Services to our clients, and ensuring correct and regular coordination of delivery agreements with the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage ILS projects from start to finish
  • Monitor progress of subprojects and ensure timely completion
  • Represent Damen Services to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure correct coordination of delivery agreements with customers
  • Process maintenance data and analysis within time, budget, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the maritime sector
  • Result-oriented with initiative and management skills
  • Good commercial attitude, social, and communicative skills
  • Familiarity with Reliability Availability and Maintainability Analysis (RAM), Failure Mode Effect & Criticality Analysis (FMEA), and Life Cycle Costs calculations (LCC)
