Job Title: FP&A Fixed Cost Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Fixed Cost Analyst to join our team at Kao Netherlands B.V. - Kao Corporation. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports to support business decision-making
  • Analyze variances in fixed expenses and identify areas for cost savings
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business needs
Requirements:
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
