We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Medewerker to join our team in Utrecht. As an Office Medewerker, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our professionals, handling daily tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily workloads, including emails, tasks, and other actions
- Coordinate schedules and agendas for professionals according to established guidelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and colleagues
- Coordinate internal inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
- Identify capacity issues and discuss with the manager

Requirements:- Minimum MBO 4 level of education
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken
- A competitive salary of €2,500-€3,300 gross per month
- A 12-month contract
- Reimbursement of travel expenses
- 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 days of annual leave
