About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our Global Publishing Team at Level Infinite, a global gaming brand under Tencent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the launch strategies for game titles across our portfolio, working closely with game development studios and regional publishing teams to deliver acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for multiple titles across global markets and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audience Strategy: Establish strong partnerships with game studio teams to develop audience growth and engagement plans, providing guidance on game launch campaigns and delivering marketing KPIs on social and community platforms.
  • Content Strategy: Work with game studios to identify, suggest, and amplify relevant content to deliver growth and engagement objectives, contributing to influencer management strategy and managing outreach to top-tier influencers.
  • Regional Amplification: Collaborate with regional publishing teams to localize our global content strategy, support local activations, and report on results to inform global planning.
  • Audience Intelligence: Partner with User Research, Data Intelligence, and Regional Marketing teams to build player insights, informing the global strategy and reflected in marketing plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and above, with excellent spoken and written English.
  • 8+ years of marketing management experience, with proven experience in building growth, engagement, and retention strategies for a digital entertainment brand, ideally in the video game sector.
  • Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms, especially YouTube and TikTok, with the ability to oversee program deployment on platforms like Steam, Discord, and Twitch.
  • A real passion for the games industry, with genuine interest and knowledge in games, and the ability to empathize with the varied needs of different player types.
  • Good understanding of content and market trends, with the ability to build relevant strategies.
  • Able to communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams, adapt to different time zones, and respond to team requests in a timely manner.
  • Organized and with very good project management skills, able to prioritize effectively and handle multiple programs across multiple markets.
  • High levels of initiative, energy, ownership, and urgency, with the capability to travel to support partners in North-America, Western Europe, or Asia.
