What We Are Looking For
We are currently seeking an experienced Country IT Manager to oversee all IT systems and services in the Netherlands. This key role involves working closely with local business lines to understand their needs and improve their performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT initiatives and maintaining a strong partnership with the global IT functions team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate and cascade the global IT strategy to align with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with local senior management to identify technology opportunities and innovations that drive growth and competitiveness.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management within the IT department.
• Participate in transformational projects, ensuring successful execution and smooth adoption.
• Work closely with global and local business departments to implement technologies that enhance customer engagement and operational excellence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Manager within the Retail sector.
• General knowledge of technologies covering ERP, Operations & Enterprise Architecture, Big Data & BI.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Capability to manage complexity in an international environment.
• Positive and energetic attitude and ability to drive change.
Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Xstore, Adobe Marketing Cloud is desirable
