Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Team Leader for our Logistics department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the logistics operations within a specific sector, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Your leadership will be crucial in achieving departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Each day will begin with a collaborative meeting with fellow Team Leaders to assess operational feasibility and address any departmental challenges.
Our organization is a prominent logistics service provider, catering to renowned brands. We offer a range of logistics solutions, including warehousing, order fulfillment, and transport management, alongside developing sophisticated e-commerce and IT platforms. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Team Leader who is eager to grow alongside us. The primary working language is English.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and optimizing logistics processes.
- Creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
- Providing reports to the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Relevant MBO level education or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits
