Job Overview

The Data Analytics Manager - Operational Services will lead the development of data product solutions related to operational delivery. Key deliverables include:

  • Annual report development
  • Customer project support and data analytics
  • Internal management reporting and KPI monitoring

This role requires a deep understanding of RA's operations and stakeholder needs, as well as the ability to translate these into actionable data solutions with clear priorities and roadmaps.

The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, including Corporate Engagement and Partnerships, Global Programs, and Technology. They will manage a team of data analysts, focusing on data analytics and visualization in support of internal stakeholders and specific engagements.

Responsibilities include developing a strategy to enhance internal customer value proposition design and delivery, creating a roadmap for data delivery, collaborating with senior colleagues to ensure standard analytics practices, and developing internal management reports that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, or data analysis, 5 years of experience in data reporting and analysis, and 1 year of experience in management or equivalent coaching and mentoring experience. They should also possess excellent influencing and facilitation skills, knowledge of dashboarding concepts, and experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, or data analysis
  • 5 years of experience in data reporting and analysis
  • 1 year of experience in management or equivalent coaching and mentoring experience
  • Excellent influencing and facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of dashboarding concepts
  • Experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, estimated at €60,000 - €80,000 per annum. Only candidates authorized to work in the Netherlands, the UK, and Kenya will be considered.
