About This Opportunity

We seek a proactive HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team and gain practical experience in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in our HR Information System.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs to foster a positive work culture.
  • Contribute to payroll and benefits administration under supervision.
  • Provide support with training and development programs, scheduling sessions, and coordinating materials.
  • Participate in HR projects related to company policies, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Your Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous HR-related internship or coursework is a plus but not required.
