At Olympia, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Team Member to join our Deurne area team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in food production and has excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up machines for production, ensuring products are ready on time, and monitoring the process. They will also be responsible for checking products for quality, taking samples, and instructing production employees.
We offer a competitive salary of €13.27 per hour, plus 6.15% ADV compensation per hour. Additionally, you will accrue 10% holiday hours and 8% holiday pay. You will also receive a travel allowance of 0.19 cents per km and a bonus of at least 125% for overtime.
Olympia offers a wide range of benefits, including a pension scheme after 8 weeks worked, payment on public holidays after 13 weeks, and a variety of leave types, including care leave, birth leave, and doctor's visit. We also offer health insurance with discount via Olympia.
This is a full-time job, 40 hours a week, with indefinite period and prospect of contract. The ideal candidate should have experience in similar positions, good command of Dutch or English language, and live near Peel en Maas, Venray, Veldhoven, Eindhoven, Helmond, or Weert.
