Functiebeschrijving

Als Area Field Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en supervisie van onderhoudsactiviteiten in een van onze fabrieken. Je speelt een vitale rol bij het zorgen dat de onderhoudswerkzaamheden op locatie op een veilige manier, met hoge kwaliteit, op tijd en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van supervisie en coördinatie van Huntsman-technici en externe aannemers (10-20 FTE) en werkt daarbij nauw samen met onze contractors, operations en je collega's van de Maintenance afdeling.
  • Je werkt volgens plan, wanneer dit niet mogelijk is neem je barrières weg en zo nodig escaleer je.
  • Je neemt deel aan het Area Focus-team en hebt de verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat de werkomstandigheden aan hoge normen voldoen en dat de EHS-normen worden gehandhaafd.

Vereisten

  • Een technische bachelor diploma
  • Kennis van statische, roterende en E&I installaties binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je kent de basisprincipes van onderhoudsbeheer;
  • Kennis van het werken met EAM-systemen. Ervaring met SAP is een pré;
  • Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands, zowel in woord als schrift;
  • Je bent een oplossingsgerichte bruggenbouwer en een echte teamspeler
