We are seeking an experienced IT Chapter Lead to join our Datacenter Networks squad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our datacenter network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop the datacenter network infrastructure
  • Guide and coach chapter members to achieve their full potential
  • Play a crucial role in the tribe's development and improvement
  • Participate in the Management Team of the GTDCN Networks area
Requirements
  • Expert-level network engineering and operations experience
  • Understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile/Scrum experience
  • Technical implications of Security and Risk principles
  • Clear understanding of consumer context and needs
  • Strong analytical and people management skills
  • Experience in hiring, performance evaluations, and training plans
  • End-to-end ownership mindset and continuous improvement mentality
