Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

You will work closely with our buying team to ensure that our store is stocked with the latest trends and must-haves. Your expertise in visual merchandising will help create an immersive and engaging shopping environment that drives customer engagement and conversion.

A key part of your role will be to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee retention. Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee retention.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and visual merchandising principles.

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
