Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and contributing to the success of our store.

About the Role
  • Assist the Store Manager in implementing retail processes and procedures
  • Drive sales and profitability in synergy with the Store Manager
  • Motivate and mentor sales associates and supervisors
  • Oversee and manage stock to ensure it is in place and ready for display and sale
  • Report performance metrics and demonstrate understanding of KPIs to improve store results
  • Provide cover in the Store Manager's absence
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Experience in opening and closing a store, leading and motivating a team, and leading from the front to maximize sales and boost productivity
  • Ability to live and demonstrate our Guiding Principles: Live with Integrity, Act Courageously, Be Curious, Act with Empathy, and Persevere
