We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Assistant Professor to join our team in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tumor immunology, immunotherapy, oncology, and/or synthetic biology, with a proven track record of research excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent research in tumor immunology and related fields
- Develop and lead research projects, including grant writing and proposal development
- Collaborate with colleagues and students on research projects
- Teach and mentor students in research methods and techniques
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and grant applications
Requirements
- Ph.D. or MD(Res) degree in tumor immunology, immunotherapy, oncology, and/or synthetic biology
- At least 2 years' postdoctoral experience in a related field
- Strong publication record in reputable scientific journals
- Experience in grant writing and proposal development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 15% of basic salary.
