Job Responsibilities
As a crucial member of the production team, you will engage in various stages of the manufacturing process, starting with the handling of fresh eggs. These eggs are transformed into a range of egg products that are distributed globally. Your role will involve different tasks depending on your assigned position, which may include breaking, hand-breaking, and filling. You will oversee the production process continuously and take action when necessary.

The position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, operating in two shifts. Your working hours will fall between 06:00 - 14:45 and 14:45 - 23:30, with a 15% shift premium applied to every hour worked.

Job Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are hardworking and willing to get their hands dirty. You should be detail-oriented and capable of following instructions accurately. Essential qualities include stress resilience, independence, and a sense of responsibility. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.

In return for your dedication, we offer a salary of €13.33 per hour, along with a 15% supplement for each hour worked. Additional benefits include a 50% premium for Saturday shifts and a 100% premium for Sunday shifts. You will also enjoy 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, with travel expenses reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometer for distances exceeding 10 kilometers.
