Job Title: Donation Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donation Attendant at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona.

Job Summary:

The Donation Attendant is responsible for receiving and processing donations in a courteous and efficient manner. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept and process donations from customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Label and organize donations in the production room or sales floor, adhering to Goodwill's standards and procedures.
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading donations, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Goodwill's safety and health standards.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Ability to pass a forklift certification class and operate equipment safely.
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
