We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Clinical Evidence Manager to join our Global team at Danone. As a key member of our Clinical Research Department, you will be responsible for driving strategic evidence generation programs and post-launch studies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with medical teams, global category teams, data sciences teams, clinical operations, and digital health teams to drive evidence generation initiatives worldwide.
- Translate business needs into clinical study designs and ensure post-launch studies are strategically embedded into business priorities.
- Liaise regularly with Country Business Units to ensure status and results reporting of clinical studies.
- Advise on content, methodology, necessary documentation, and tools, and provide recommendations for clinical study approval based on business value and risk assessment.
- Stay up-to-date with clinical practice guidelines, study designs, real-world research development trends, and regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to the development of evidence generation capabilities in global and local teams, including training materials, guidance documents, elearnings, etc.
- Master or PhD degree in Life Sciences
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in clinical studies (methodology and/or operations) and in a commercial (food) environment.
- Business acumen and understanding of the nutrition field and science behind nutritional products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with people of different experience and knowledge levels.
- Senior stakeholder management skills and ability to lead projects and drive decisions.
- Experience in a medical affairs role is a plus.
- Proactive and can-do attitude, flexibility, curiosity, and a team player mindset.
- Ability to solve complex challenges with unique agile approaches and thrive in a high-paced environment.
