About the Job

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our Risk & Business Assurance (RBA) sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the RBA organization by developing and maintaining a risk management framework that aligns with ASML's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a risk business architecture strategy that aligns with ASML's business goals and objectives
  • Apply a structured business architecture approach to capture key risk views and develop a comprehensive risk management framework
  • Capture and define risk data sets, shared across ASML, and relationships between those data elements
  • Map ASML's risk governance by capturing relationships among risk roles, capabilities, and business units
  • Collaborate with the RBA/Security and IT Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Business or Enterprise Architecture
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Legal, Information Security, Compliance, Governance, or Risk Management
  • Previous experience with process management and ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management or similar GRC tooling is a plus
  • Knowledge of industry-related standards and regulations, such as SOx, ISO 27000, and ISO 31000, is a plus
