About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Catalog Advisor to join our Global Business Services Organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our businesses and solution owners to create, maintain, improve, and advise on the standards for product and catalog data across Philips business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising and consulting with businesses and markets on creating products, services, systems, software, and solutions for product and catalog data.
  • Creating and maintaining standards on how businesses and solution owners capture their needs via standardized templates and implementing them into the IT landscape for global and local market needs.
  • Advising business product managers, marketing managers, and specialists on standards.
  • Supporting projects and programs as we go through business transformation and implementing the future ways of working.
  • Driving the design, creation, maintenance, and governance of product and commercial catalogs.
  • Participating in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and working closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Development, and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or strong affinity with business, mechanical, or electronics engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience with product master data and/or experience and functional knowledge of systems within the business.
  • 3+ years of experience in international, large-size/complex business environments, capable of supporting multiple businesses at the same time.
  • Philips' business knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in Product Configuration Management is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of other disciplines – Marketing, Regulatory, Development, and Supply Chain – since you will be collaborating with them frequently.
