Organisatie

Fokker Techniek specializes in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) services, handling everything from minor repairs to extensive inspections under EASA’s Design Organisation Approval (DOA). Fokker Techniek can manage the complete design and development process in-house, including certification and flight testing. With a focus on quality and innovation, Fokker is a leader in aviation maintenance and technology.

Functie

As a Licensed B1.3 Engineer, you’ll take on a critical role in maintaining and inspecting military helicopter systems and engines, ensuring compliance with MAA-NLD regulations. Working with an expert team (both civil and military members), you’ll be hands-on in assembly, disassembly, and in-depth fault analysis. From minor modifications up to heavy maintenance Together with your colleagues you are responsible for releasing military helicopter back into service, and in this process, you will supervise less experienced engineers.

Functie-eisen

• Hold an EASA (M)AML B1.3 (either civil and/or military) with at least on helicopter type rating (for example: Agusta Westland, Sikorsky, Apache, Chinook and / or Cougar), preferably NH90

• Able to perform line and base maintenance checks

• Have a comprehensive logbook with documented experience.

• Strong in technical English communication.

• Solution-oriented, with effective team collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality standards.

• You are keen to enter into a long employment relationship where you can develop as a professional. To be clear: this role is therefore not a contractor opportunity.

Aanbod

• Competitive Salary: Earn between €3500 and €5000 per month, based on your type ratings and experience. Note: we are fully transparent in what you will earn, so there are no unexpected surprises. We indicate exactly what you will have left over each month to spend freely after all expenses.

• Path to Permanent Employment: Start with a one-year contract at WFS PRO, with the potential for a permanent role at Fokker Techniek.

• Professional Development: Gain access to training and support tailored to enhance your skills and accelerate your career. We also introduce you to the Dutch language through an online language course, sponsored by WFS PRO.

• Relocation assistance, allowance and housing: We give you clear insight to the relocation process and ensure a smooth transition to the Netherlands. We’ll also help arrange your accommodation, making your move seamless. On top of that, you get a relocation allowance of up to € 2500 (single) or up to € 5000 (families) for moving to the Netherlands.

• Tax Benefits: Receive tax breaks or other financial benefits for the first 5 years.

• Additional Financial Benefits: You get a travel allowance for car and bike: €0,23 per kilometer (from 10km), an 8% holiday allowance, 14,90% shift bonus, overtime bonus up to 40%. Also, your salary increases each year (for instance 3% from the 1st of June 2025) and you have the possibility to convert ADV-days in additional income (up to 2% up to gross salary).
