Responsibilities Lead strategy, execution, and market insights for the Netherlands, shaping the company''s strategic marketing plan and driving growth, brand strength, and market leadership. Oversee the full spectrum of marketing activities, including lead generation, brand development, customer engagement, and marketing operations. Increase lead generation through push and pull channels, refine the lead assignment model, and embed a data-driven, KPI-focused culture within the marketing function. Develop and execute integrated campaigns, digital engagement strategies, and PR efforts to drive brand awareness and preference. Own market analysis and competitive intelligence to maintain a strong understanding of evolving customer needs and market dynamics. Lead and develop a team of professionals across branding, lead generation, communications, and a marketing contact center (over forty people). Collaborate with senior leadership, local stakeholders, and group-level marketing functions to define and execute the strategic plan.
