In het Entrepreneurial Lab krijg je dan weer de ruimte om eigen ideeën en technische concepten uit te werken.Een lead system architect is richtinggevend binnen projecten én mentor voor collega-engineers / teams die van jouw ervaring leren.Wat doet een lead system architect?Een lead system architect bepaalt de koers van high-end mechatronische systemen bij onze klanten. Jij vertaalt systeemvereisten naar een functionele architectuur en verdeelt verantwoordelijkheden over verschillende disciplines. Daarbij stem je af met R&D, projectmanagers, klanten en leveranciers om technische risico's en haalbaarheid te bewaken. Kortom: je bent zowel een strategisch denker áls technologische leider.Tijdens ontwerp- en testfases begeleid je engineers, voer je design reviews uit en bewaak je de consistentie van de systeemarchitectuur.In deze rol combineer je leiderschap met visie. Je denkt vooruit, stelt de juiste vragen in conceptfasen en weet hoe ontwerpbeslissingen doorwerken in functionaliteit.
