We’re looking for a bold, data‑driven Commercial Director / CCO who thrives on reaching out, building trust, working seamlessly with marketing, and closing meaningful deals. Someone who sees commercial strategy not as a plan on paper — but as a living system built from experiments, insights, and constant iteration. This is not just another commercial role. Menopause has been overlooked, misunderstood, and underfunded for far too long. Vi Health is changing that. We’re building the first European virtual clinic for midlife & menopause — designed to give women fast, personalized, evidence‑based support. Our promise? You will: Own the revenue engine end-to-end — from lead generation to closing high‑value, multi‑stakeholder deals Actively reach out to HR leaders, CFOs, insurers, and healthcare stakeholders Collaborate deeply with marketing to build campaigns, sharpen messaging, generate inbound leads, and accelerate the funnel Create a predictable, data-driven sales system — grounded in analytics, dashboards, and HubSpot excellence Build relationships across entire organizations , from HR to finance to medical leadership Run experiments and iterate fast — sequences, value propositions, pricing, webinars, events Work closely with product & tech to bring back customer insights and shape roadmap decisions Represent Vi Health publicly — on stage, in webinars, at events, and in strategic partner meetings Expand and manage our partner network across HR SAAS, healthcare, and wellbeing ecosystems Prepare for scale — refining processes, strengthening funnels, and building the first commercial team What will make you successful: You have a strong network in HR SAAS, healthcare, corporate wellbeing, benefits, or insurers You have sold SAAS products before — and you genuinely enjoy closing deals You’re a relationship-builder — bridging HR, operations, medical leads, and CFOs with ease You’re analytical and data-driven , using insights to optimize the funnel and improve performance HubSpot holds no secrets for you You’re hands‑on and proactive — not afraid to reach out, follow up, or try new angles You can collaborate effortlessly with marketing and product teams You’re comfortable being visible and representing Vi on stage and in webinars You thrive in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments and have lived it before Native or fluent Dutch is essential for building relationships You’re motivated by purpose , not just growth metrics What you’ll love about this role: Strategic leadership: Join the core team shaping Vi’s future Aligned incentives: incentive plan + possibility to become a co‑founder Direct impact: Your work accelerates access to better healthcare for millions of women Momentum: Join after 4× revenue growth and help multiply it again Room to build: Architect a commercial engine and take it to the next level High‑visibility role: Direct contact with customers, partners, and investors A mission that matters: We’re fixing a decades‑long gap in healthcare Ready to scale the future of Women’s Health?
