Senior Manager Tax Reporting – Digital Realty Job Description Lead and manage the US Tax Provision (ASC 740) process for the EMEA region, ensuring accurate and compliant current and deferred tax calculations, effective tax rate forecasting, and handling of uncertain tax positions (FIN 48). Responsibilities Lead the US Tax Provision (ASC 740) process for the EMEA region. Oversee calculation of current and deferred tax, effective tax rate (ETR) and uncertain tax positions (FIN48). Prepare and track annual effective tax rate forecasting. Maintain the tax risk register for EMEA. Partner with tax, accounting, and FP&A teams as part of the US GAAP provisioning process. Collaborate closely with the US-based tax provision team and tax reporting functions. Liaise with external auditors during quarterly and year‑end reviews. Support discrete tax accounting projects related to joint ventures and M&A. Support local tax compliance and reporting for multiple EMEA jurisdictions. Provide ad‑hoc support for tax audits. Qualifications 8+ years of tax experience, including at least 5 years in tax accounting with US GAAP experience. Experience working with a top professional services firm.
