The Role of Managing Director As Managing Director, you will work directly with the board and founders to align strategy and execution. You will lead and guide the business unit with a hands‑on mentality and clear view on how to shape the organisation. You will drive execution and rigor to be able to deliver as planned to our customers, while at the same time ensuring the roll‑out of our product roadmap. You are P&L responsible and directly involved in creating the right financial structure for growth and stakeholder management, with the board. Your Profile We are looking for a high‑flyer, energetic and a great communicator. You need to know how to work with bright engineers and build a professional growth company. Pragmatic but delivering the high quality and robustness our customers demand. Profile: Experience in a executive role with P&L responsibility in a complex, high‑tech and international context Inspiring people manager who knows how to connect and motivate teams Affinity with software development and high‑rate automation Hands‑on, creative, and solution‑oriented.
