Quality and customer satisfaction are central to us, and we work together to achieve the best results. As a Customer Quality Engineer, you are the key player in resolving quality issues and complaints that arise with external customers. Your results-oriented approach ensures that customers trust the quality of our products and services.
In this role, you will work closely with a team of about 25 colleagues, including Quality Engineers and Production Process Engineers. You will report directly to the Team Leader of Customer Quality.
Developing quality improvement plans for your customers
As a Customer Quality Engineer, you are customer-oriented and ask critical questions to get to the core of a problem. A completed HBO or WO education in a technical field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Quality Engineer
Experience in the automotive, semiconductor, or medical industries is a plus
Good command of both Dutch and English; German is a plus
You will work in a driven team where you have plenty of freedom for personal initiatives and development. Training opportunities through our e-learning platform
