Bol. has one of the largest E-commerce Fulfillment Centers in Europe in Waalwijk, which was expanded again 3 years ago. SSI SCHAEFER is proud that we have taken care of the complete logistics set-up. SSI SCHAEFER has set up a smart and innovative intralogistics system to process the various packages properly and on time.
Every day, an average of 40,000 packages can be sent per hour at bol. Around 2,000 shuttles drive between the 30-metre-high racks and there is more than 30 kilometers of conveyor system. All this is controlled by a state-of-the-art software system.

What will you do as a mechanic in maintenance and service?
You will work with your colleagues on maintenance work or solve malfunctions
You perform analyses to determine the cause of malfunctions or possible defective parts
To improve the processes you design and create reports and manuals
A job with variety in which you will work on sensors, weighing systems, roller conveyors, conveyors and shuttles
In short, you and your colleagues ensure that the packages are delivered on time to the customers of bol.com
Voor jou
~ A (permanent) contract with SSI SCHAEFER
~€ 3,100 to € 3,900 per month based on 38 hours per week, depending on your education and experience
~ You will work in the 2-2-1 system of the 5-shift system
~30% shift allowance, which increases the salary to
~ Travel allowance € 0.23 per kilometer (max. 50 km one way)

Jouw kwaliteiten
You have previously worked as a maintenance engineer or you have followed a technical course
You know a lot about technology (mechanics or electrical engineering) and you can solve disturbances well
You can get by very well in the English language, both speaking and reading
You want to work in 5 shifts, which immediately yields a nice extra
You work well with the rest of the team
You make sure everything is safe in the workplace
