Overview The Tax Senior Manager plays a critical role in supporting European tax planning and implementation, resolving complex tax technical issues, and leading strategic tax initiatives across the EMEA region. This role requires deep expertise in international tax matters, strong leadership in managing external advisors, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners. Strategy and Planning Lead and support tax planning initiatives for business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate deals, and post-transaction integration. Identify and resolve tax issues arising from routine business operations to enhance the Company’s overall tax efficiency. Conduct in-depth technical tax research and analysis to support strategic decisions. Manage relationships with external tax advisors and consultants across EMEA to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements. Risk Management Develop and implement strategies to mitigate tax exposure and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including direct tax and indirect taxes. Tax Compliance and Reporting Provide technical guidance and research support for the preparation and filing of tax returns across the region, tax examinations within the region, and the tax provision process for local financial statement reporting purposes.
