About the Role

As a Teacher of Mathematics, you will:

· Deliver engaging mathematics lessons, in German, to students aged 11-18, following the European Baccalaureate curriculum.

· Create an inclusive classroom environment where every student's talent is nurtured.

· Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to support a thriving mathematics program.

· Enjoy competitive benefits. We offer a salary aligned with the Dutch Collective Labour Agreement (CAO VO). The salary is a minimum of €3463, a maximum of €5277 for a full-time contract on the LB scale. The salary scale and the step offered will depend on your level of experience.

What We're Looking For

· A Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics (First-degree/Eerste graads) and full teaching qualification for Secondary Education (recognized by the Dutch Education Authorities).

· Teaching qualification for the upper secondary level or grammar school or willingness to acquire the qualification while working (in the case of a teaching qualification for the lower secondary level).

· Ability to deliver lessons in German (C1 level or above).

· Good command of English for communciation within school (B2 level).

· The ability to speak other European languages is desirable, but not essential.

· Experience teaching in international or intercultural settings is desirable.

· A creative, inclusive approach to teaching and a willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities.
