Responsibilities Help design, build and continuously improve the client’s online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements SuccessFactors certifications in RCM, RMK, and ONB 2.0. Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation projects in RCM and ONB 2.0. Strong experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes within an SAP SuccessFactors environment. Proven expertise in designing and delivering complete RCM and ONB 2.0 processes. Hands‑on experience with RCM to ONB 2.0 integrations. Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module. Knowledge of integrating RCM/ONB with third‑party systems. Ability to conduct discovery sessions with customers to assess current processes and define future‑state requirements.
